Majority of items listed on our website from different buying sources are discounted up to 34%. Some reference books and short discounted books have small or no discount. We are confident that you will find the combination of our prices, special offers and prompt service, the best value for your money. Availability Most of the items supplied by all major Publishers,Wholesalers and Distributors should be AVAILABLE on our website. A small number of items may be unavailable. This unavailability may be due to the item going out of production, delay in release of the item, etc.

Handling Time
The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, in categories where permitted, if the buyer pays by check, money order, or eCheck, it may take several days.

This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.

I. INTRODUCTION
The lnbks.com website ("Site") is owned and operated by Lazarus Enterprises Group, LLC. ("Lazarus & Nobleman Bookseller "). This Sales Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made on or through the Site. By making a purchase on the Site you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions ("Terms") of this Policy. On occasion, the Terms may be revised by updating this Policy. It is your obligation to review the Terms from time to time.

II. RIGHT TO PURCHASE
Your right to purchase a product on this Site is subject to providing a valid address and a valid credit card. If the address or credit card information you provide is incorrect or invalid your order may not be processed or your order may be returned to us and you will be notified accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse processing any orders in the event we determine that such orders are being made fraudulently.

III. REGISTRATION
Prior to ordering any products on or through the Site you are required to create a new account or login as a registered user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. DO NOT except American Express at this time. We also accept payments through Authorize.Net. We currently DO NOT accept international wire transfers or Smart Cards, orders by checks and money orders. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are stated in US dollars and payment is required in US dollars.

  4. Generally, once an order has been placed through either one of the a fore mentioned Marketplaces, it can not be cancelled.
  5. Our STOCK is subject to price and availability. Please allow 24-48 hours to be notified if stock is out. Our data is not live and is not updated for 24 hours.
  6. Electronic, CD, VHS or DVD products where the factory seal on the box has been broken or opened cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must include the original factory packaging.

All items purchased through the Site are shipped via a third party common carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

IV RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy ?

We are able to maintain our low prices due to our stringent returns policy. This returns policy holds good for customers buying our products on lnbks.com, Abebooks.com, Alibris.com, Amazon.com, Buy.com, Half.com, eBay.com and any other Marketplace we so choose to participate in. All returns are managed through our RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) system. If your returned product does not include an RMA slip and match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by lnbks.com. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. You agree to the below policies that apply when you purchase an item from Lazarus & Nobleman on lnbks.com or any marketplace we participate in.

Books and other non-electronic items

A return on books and other non-electronic items is permitted if an RMA is generated within 30 days of the item being shipped by us for US orders and 45 days for International orders. If you choose to return a purchase that is not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or $4.50 per item (whichever is greater). In this case, the shipping costs (shipping to and return shipping charges) will not be refunded.

If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the sales price or $4.50, (whichever value is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons.

If you receive an item different than what was described in your order, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please indicate this reason in your return in 'Reason for return'. All non-electronic items/returns that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on the packing slip. Please send the items along with the PACKING SLIP and the RMA slip affixed on the package for your return to the address on the RMA slip. Upon our determination that the product is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund as reflected on your original point of sale. Your return-shipping fee will be refunded, upto the amount that was originally paid to have the item shipped to you, only if you include a copy of your packing slip with the package.

You will receive an email message indicating that your return has been received. You will also be notified via email when your return process is complete. This process usually takes about 10-14 business days from the day we receive your return.

Electronics

All DVD players, Recorders, Scanners, Cell Phones, Fax Machines, Printers, Receivers, TV's, TV Wall Mounts, TV Furniture and Home Theaters are not returnable after the box is opened. Please direct all inquiries to the manufacturer, whose contact information is within the product packaging.

Lazarus & Nobleman does not accept any returns on any Apple products. All Apple products are Brand New and come with a US warranty unless otherwise stated.

Returns attempted in the above cases will not be processed and we will not bear any associated shipping costs.

1.Returns are permitted only if an RMA is generated within 14 days from the electronic item being shipped to you. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions A, B, C, and D below are met. There is a 10% restocking fee on all merchandise returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. Any items that are opened or used are subject to a restocking fee even if they are returned within the 14 day period!

A) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not remove UPCs for rebate purposes. Please do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition - including any item that comes shrunk wrapped/blister packed etc.

B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

C) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. For example, a camcorder must be returned with its original battery, charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.

D) Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it and affix the RMA slip on your return package.

2. The following exclusions apply to rule 1 above: Some video products, if found defective upon your receiving them, cannot be returned for exchange. Rather they must be repaired by a service center of the manufacturer in your area. No Returns, or Exchange for All Apple products. If Retail Box has been Opened, Customer should Contact Apple Corporation directly for repairs.

3. Batteries and video tapes which are opened or used will not be accepted for return!

4. Returned merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of Lazarus & Nobleman, but rather the carriers. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem.

Marketplace items

Marketplace Items cannot be returned to Lazarus & Nobleman Bookseller. For all purchases made from marketplace sellers, you will need to contact the marketplace seller directly to determine their applicable returns policy and to schedule any allowed returns. All credits, costs and expenses regarding such returns shall be borne by either you or the marketplace seller.

How can I return an order ?

Returning an item is easy with our RMA system. You will need to generate and print an RMA slip to ship the product to us.

Login to your lnbks.com Account or select the site you purchased from at our HelpDesk. Once you login or provide your order details you will be able to initiate a return by choosing the 'Return this item' link.

Next you will be asked to provide the reason for return from the drop down menu. You can also add some notes to describe any specific issues you had with the item. Once this is done, you will be able to view the amount that will be refunded to you and then print an RMA slip which you must affix on your return package to us for your return to be processed. While you may print the RMA at a later point, we urge you to do so and ship the return to us as soon as possible. We highly recommend a trackable shipping carrier for electronics returns.

Since the RMA slip has all the relevant information such as shipping addresses, you do not need to affix any separate label. If for any reason, you are not able to affix the RMA slip on the returned package, YOU MUST include it within the package for the return to be processed. In such a case, you can send the return to:

This Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of Pennsylvania. If any part of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Policy will continue in effect.
